Job summary

Fairmont Breakers in Long Beach seeks an experienced Assistant Outlet Manager to oversee all Food & Beverage operations. You will lead the F&B management team, ensure guest satisfaction, and drive financial performance in a luxury hotel setting.

You will train staff, coordinate with chefs and leaders, manage payroll with bi-weekly processing, and uphold high company standards while supporting a dynamic team across shifts.

Qualifications

• College degree in hotel/restaurant management or equivalent.
• Experience with computer tools (MS Word, Excel) and POS systems.
• Knowledge of restaurant operations, purchasing, sanitation and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager in managing all Food & Beverage operations.
• Lead and train F&B management and staff to maximize guest satisfaction and financial performance.
• Forecast, schedule and control labor and costs to meet standards.
