The Sonnenalp Hotel of Vail is seeking a Full-Time, Year-Round Front Desk Agent to join our team in Vail, Colorado. As the first and last point of contact for guests, you will greet, register, and assist with check-ins and check-outs, delivering genuine hospitality and personalized service.

Responsibilities include mastering front desk operations, handling guest requests, communicating with housekeeping, and ensuring accurate folio billing.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year customer service experience.
• Experience with HMS or similar lodging software preferred.
• Strong organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Greet, register, and check guests in and out.
• Maintain knowledge of front desk operations and HMS standards.
• Handle PBX/telephone etiquette and guest messages.
• Monitor guest folios and room changes, billing accuracy.
