• Manage PBX switchboard in the absence of a full-time operator; take messages.
• Maintain an accurate cash drawer and report discrepancies to Front Office.
• Know room rates, packages and discounts; inform housekeeping of requests.
• Greet guests personally and maintain professional, friendly front desk presence.
