East West Hospitality in Vail, CO is seeking a Front Desk Agent to be the first impression for guests and visitors. You will blend warm hospitality with efficient operations to ensure smooth daily experiences across the front desk and lobby.

The ideal candidate is guest-focused, communicative, organized, and proactive, with the ability to manage reservations, payments, and requests while coordinating with housekeeping and other teams.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with warm, personalized service at the front desk.
• Manage arrivals, departures, reservations, payments, and folios.
• Handle guest inquiries by phone, email, and in person; provide local recommendations.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Maintenance and other departments to meet guest needs.
• Support breakfast, coffee, and après service with setup and breakdown.
