The Sonnenalp Hotel in Vail, Colorado is seeking a Full-Time, Year-Round Front Desk Supervisor to lead our Guest Services team and deliver exceptional hospitality from arrival to departure.

You will mentor Front Desk Agents, oversee daily operations, and ensure warm, personalized service for every guest. Evening and weekend shifts are required, with potential overtime during peak periods.

Formación

• High school graduate or equivalent; Hospitality degree preferred.
• 1 year of Front Office Supervision experience.
• 1 year of Front Office Training experience.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee check-in and check-out procedures per standards.
• Train new front desk agents and maintain HMS knowledge.
• Supervise Front Desk staff and ensure policy adherence.
• Coordinate with Concierge/Bell staff as needed to assist guests.
• Manage scheduling and payroll considerations for front desk.
• Set goals and provide ongoing feedback and performance reviews.
