Job summary

The Sonnenalp Hotel of Vail is seeking a Full-Time Concierge to deliver exceptional guest and owner experiences at One Willow Bridge Road. The role requires building relationships with local partners and providing personalized vacation planning and reservations support.

Shifts run 6:45am–2:45pm and 2:45pm–10:45pm, with a focus on hospitality, accuracy in front desk tasks, and proactive guest service. Colorado driver's license and English proficiency are required.

Qualifications

• Concierge experience preferred.
• Good spoken and written English.
• Clean and valid Colorado driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with area restaurants, shops, clubs, salons, car rental agencies, shuttle services and florists.
• Stay informed about local events and activities; establish contacts for guest recommendations.
• Know front desk procedures and HMS/Alice to support arrival/departure processes.
• Manage PBX switchboard and relay messages with professional etiquette.
• Balance cash drawer; complete daily opening/closing inventory and report discrepancies.
• Gain in-depth knowledge of HMS and Alice concierge programs.
• Record guest comments and maintenance requests in HotSoS; alert management as needed.
• Coordinate transportation arrangements for departing guests and airport transfers.
• Assist with luggage handling and shipping; reconfirm guest activities with vendors 24h prior.
• Comply with Sonnenalp Resort of Vail policies and One Willow Bridge Road rules.
• Assist in scheduling Fractional Ownership vacations and reservations per OWBR procedures.
