Palisociety's Le Petit Pali Brentwood welcomes a Front Desk Agent who will be the first and last face guests see, setting a memorable tone for every visit. You will greet guests, handle check-in/out, and share local insights, ensuring a warm, seamless experience.

We seek a friendly, attentive professional with at least 1 year in guest reception, excellent English communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced luxury setting. Weekends/holidays availability is required.

Qualifications

• 1 year of related guest reception experience, preferably in a luxury hotel.
• Positive, energetic, service-oriented with strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Comfortable with basic arithmetic and hotel systems.
• Clear verbal and written English communication.
• Good judgment, calm under pressure, and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of guest information and hotel data.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead the check-in and check-out process, confirm guest details and settle folios.
• Guide guests about the hotel, its amenities, and the neighborhood.
• Build genuine guest relationships in line with our service standards.
• Field phone calls, emails, and guest inquiries promptly and warmly.
• Input guest information and payments into Opera and hotel systems.
• Anticipate guest needs, resolve issues, and surprise and delight.
• Communicate requests to the Front Desk Manager, Housekeeping, or Engineering, and conduct walkthroughs for safety, security, and cleanliness.
• Follow safety protocols and lend a hand to other departments as needed.
