Qualifications

• 1-year of guest reception experience in luxury hotel settings.
• Positive, energetic, service-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
• Strong verbal and written English communication.
• Good judgment, calm under pressure, and ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to maintain guest/privacy confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Lead check-in/check-out, confirm guest information and settle folios.
• Explain hotel amenities and local attractions to guests.
• Build genuine guest relationships adhering to service standards.
• Answer phones, emails, and guest inquiries promptly and warmly.
• Input guest data and payments into Opera accurately.
• Anticipate guest needs, resolve issues, and delight guests.
• Coordinate with Front Desk Manager, Housekeeping, and Engineering as needed.
• Follow safety protocols and support other departments to ensure smooth operations.
