Palisociety is seeking a Front Desk Supervisor for Le Petit Carmel by the Sea properties. You will support the General Manager and oversee Front Desk, Valet, Housekeeping, and maintenance teams to ensure seamless guest experiences and a positive work environment.

The role requires a minimum of 2 years in a similar position, preferably in luxury hospitality, with a hands-on leadership style, strong guest service focus, and flexibility to work weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a similar front desk supervisory role, luxury hotel preferred
• Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop a cohesive guest-facing team
• Strong customer service orientation with problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills

Responsabilités

• Oversee Front Desk, Valet, Housekeeping, and related operations to ensure smooth guest experiences
• Lead regular team meetings, ensure adherence to SOPs and service standards
• Own guest issue resolution and service recovery with a guest-first approach
• Collaborate with the General Manager on improvements, cost savings, and procurement of supplies
• Manage third-party vendor relationships for equipment and services
• Coordinate training and daily activities across departments to maintain high performance
• Schedule weekly shifts and supervise team members during operations
• Promote a positive, accountable team culture and respond promptly to audits for continuous improvement
