Job summary

The Fragrance Specialist at Neiman Marcus Beverly Hills represents Creed and delivers a branded customer experience while driving store sales. This role reports to the Regional Sales Manager and champions Creed goals across the market.

You will execute presell launches, support events, and engage customers to raise brand awareness. The position requires strong communication, at least 3 years in luxury retail, and the ability to lift up to 25lbs as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant retail sales experience in fragrance or luxury goods.
• Experience working in a retail environment and building relationships with customers.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and strong interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail, event planning and organizational ability.
• Proficient with basic computer skills and reporting tools.
• Flexible to changing priorities and able to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Champion the Customer Experience and drive Creed sales at store level.
• Support and execute the store sales plan; assist in achieving goals for all Creed spaces.
• Achieve personal sales goals and participate in presell and launch activities.
• Plan and execute market events in stores and partner with management.
• Engage customers to build brand awareness and promote products.
• Attend and support morning meetings, department and store-wide meetings.
• Collaborate with the manager and team to drive all aspects of the business.
• Set up and manage event presell goals and activities.
• Open/close the position as needed for boutique locations.
