Job summary

International Cosmetics & Perfumes is seeking a Fragrance Specialist for the Creed line at Neiman Marcus North Park in Dallas. You will drive customer experience, execute sales strategies, and support events and launches to promote Creed.

The role requires strong retail fragrance sales experience, excellent communication, and the ability to engage customers and collaborate with store management to meet sales goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant retail sales experience.
• Experience in fragrance, beauty or luxury goods preferred.
• Proven ability to build relationships in a retail environment.
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail, event planning and organizational skills.
• Proficient with computers and reporting tools.
• Flexible and able to multi-task.
• Physical ability to move in store and lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Champion and drive the Customer Experience by maintaining exceptional standards.
• Drive store-level sales plans and support Creed sales team to hit goals.
• Achieve personal sales goals to promote Creed and intersell including launches.
• Execute market calendar actions, presell launches and in-store events with management.
• Engage customers to build brand awareness and loyalty.
• Support and participate in monthly and store-wide meetings with management.
• Collaborate with manager and team to drive all business aspects.
• Manage event presell, goals and setup.
• Open/close responsibilities if stationed in boutique location.
