Brobston Group is seeking a Full-time Fragrance Specialist (Creed) for Neiman Marcus in Scottsdale, AZ. You will report to the Regional Sales Manager, Los Angeles Hawaii DV, and be responsible for delivering a captivating Creed customer experience while driving sales.

In this luxury retail role, you will promote Creed, engage with clients, support launches and events, and collaborate with store management to meet and exceed sales plans.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years of relevant retail sales experience; fragrance, beauty or luxury goods preferred.
• Strong sales experience in the retail/fragrance industry.
• Able to build relationships in a retail environment.
• Excellent verbal & written communication; strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and move in-store.

Responsabilidades

• Champion and drive the Customer Experience at store level.
• Drive retail sales by managing Creed Sales Team and achieving store sales plans.
• Support and execute presell launches and events in stores.
• Engage with customers to build brand awareness.
• Assist with meetings and collaboration with management.
• Open and close if based in a boutique location.
