International Cosmetics & Perfumes seeks a Fragrance Specialist (Creed) at Neiman Marcus Beverly Hills in California. The role drives the customer experience and sales strategy, supporting Creed retail goals and in-store events while promoting our brand values.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in luxury retail, exceptional communication, and strong organizational skills to coordinate launches, presell activities, and meetings with management.

Formación

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant and strong retail sales experience; fragrance, beauty or luxury goods preferred.
• Experience demonstrating strong sales and proficiency in the retail/fragrance industry.
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills; strong interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with event planning and organizational abilities; capable of multitasking.

Responsabilidades

• Champion and drive the Customer Experience at store level and support sales.
• Drive the retail sales plan and support Creed Sales Team to meet the plan.
• Achieve personal sales goals and promote Creed and intersell.
• Execute presell launches and in-store events per market calendar with management.
• Engage customers to build and promote brand awareness.
• Participate in department, store, and out-of-home meetings with management.
• Open and close duties if located in a boutique.
