International Cosmetics & Perfumes is seeking a Full-time Fragrance Specialist (Creed) at Neiman Marcus in Scottsdale, AZ. You will execute the customer experience and sales strategy while upholding the brand's luxury standards.

The role emphasizes building relationships, driving store sales, and coordinating in-store events with a focus on Creed and premium fragrance lines. Strong retail experience and excellent communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant retail sales experience; fragrance, beauty or luxury goods preferred.
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills; strong interpersonal skills.
• Able to multi-task in a fast‑paced retail environment; good organizational skills.
• Comfort with using reporting tools and systems; basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Champion the Customer Experience by upholding exceptional standards and supporting the Creed sales team.
• Drive store-level retail sales and support the Creed Sales Team to achieve sales plans in designated stores.
• Achieve personal sales goals and promote Creed and intersell, including presell launches and events.
• Execute action plans based on market calendar; collaborate with management for in-store events.
• Engage with customers to build brand awareness and promote the Creed line.
• Attend and participate in meetings with management and store teams; coordinate with leadership.
• Open and close duties if the role is based in a boutique location.
