Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant retail sales experience; fragrance, beauty or luxury goods preferred.
• Experience in retail environment and building relationships.
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
• Attention to detail, event planning and organizational skills.
• Good computer skills and familiarity with reporting tools and systems.
• Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and multi-tasking.
• Physical ability to move in store and lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Champion and drive the Customer Experience and sales goals at store level.
• Support Creed sales team to achieve the store's sales plan.
• Promote Creed and intersell; assist with presell launches and events.
• Engage customers to build brand awareness and sales.
• Participate in meetings and collaborate with management.
• Open/close procedures if based in a boutique location.
