Job summary

Brobston Group is seeking a Fragrance Specialist (Creed) for Bloomingdales, Fashion Valley, San Diego, to execute the Customer Experience and sales strategy. You will champion a captivating branded experience, support Creed sales, and help achieve store goals in a fast-paced luxury environment.

The role requires strong retail sales background, especially in fragrance or luxury goods, excellent communication, relationship building, and the ability to multitask and lift up to 25lbs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant retail sales experience; fragrance, beauty or luxury goods preferred.
• Strong sales experience in retail/fragrance industry.
• Experience in building relationships in a retail environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; strong interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail, event planning and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of reporting tools and systems.
• Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and multitasking.
• Physical ability to move in store and lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Champion and drive the Customer Experience by upholding exceptional standards while supporting out of home base sales.
• Drive retail sales at store level and support Creed Sales Team to meet sales plans in all stores in the market.
• Achieve personal sales goals to promote Creed and intersell including pre-sale and launches.
• Execute market calendar-based action plans, presell launches and in-store events with management.
• Engage with customers to build and promote brand awareness.
• Support morning meetings, department-wide and store-wide meetings and field meetings with management.
• Collaborate with manager and team to drive all aspects of the business.
• Manage event presell goals and setup; open/close if boutique-based.
