Bella Tile & Marble LLC in Florida is seeking a Flooring Sales Specialist to engage customers in showroom and outside sales, understand renovation goals, and provide tailored flooring recommendations with a focus on high-end solutions.

You will leverage MeasureSquare, Adobe, Monday, Microsoft Office and CRM tools to manage client relationships, negotiate pricing, close premium sales, and collaborate with designers and construction teams to ensure project success.

Qualifications

• Proven outside sales success in retail or construction-related industries.
• Experience with high-end sales and client presentations.
• Knowledge of renovation processes and interior layout planning.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in showroom and outside sales to identify flooring needs and goals.
• Build strong client relationships through effective communication and ongoing support.
• Negotiate pricing, upsell premium products, and close sales to meet targets.
• Assist clients with interior design ideas and technical specs to align with construction requirements.
• Manage customer accounts using CRM to track interactions and follow-ups.
• Collaborate with construction team on timelines and post-sale support.
