You will leverage MeasureSquare, Adobe, Monday, Microsoft Office and CRM tools to manage client relationships, negotiate pricing, close premium sales, and collaborate with designers and construction teams to ensure project success.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers both inside the showroom and through outside sales efforts to identify their flooring needs and project goals
• Build strong client relationships through effective communication, personalized service, and ongoing support throughout the renovation process
• Negotiate pricing, upsell premium products or services, and close sales confidently to meet or exceed sales targets
• Assist clients with interior design ideas, layout planning, and technical specifications to ensure their vision aligns with practical construction requirements
• Manage customer accounts using CRM systems to track interactions, preferences, and follow-up opportunities
• Collaborate with the construction team on project timelines, maintenance needs, and post-sale support to ensure customer satisfaction

Experience

• Proven success in outside sales within retail or construction-related industries
• Familiarity with MeasureSquare, Adobe, Monday, Microsoft Office suite, and CRM platforms for efficient client management and product presentations
• Strong negotiation skills with experience closing high-end sales in a competitive environment
• Knowledge of renovation processes, construction practices, and interior layout planning
• Multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customer bases effectively
• Excellent communication skills combined with organizational talent to manage multiple projects seamlessly
• A strong book of business with GC's, Architect's, or Interior Designers is preferred
