Bella Tile & Marble LLC is seeking an experienced Luxury Residential Flooring Sales Specialist to grow our Southwest Florida luxury business. You know the market, you have relationships, and you thrive on opening doors and winning profitable work.

This is a sales individual contributor role focused on selling premium tile, stone and wood flooring to custom builders, remodelers, designers, architects and developers.

Qualifications

• Must have strong book of business or established SWFL luxury network.
• Proven track record of developing and closing new business.
• Experience with flooring products: tile, stone, wood.
• Background in luxury residential construction/remodeling.
• Credible technical knowledge to discuss flooring projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop new luxury residential business throughout Southwest Florida.
• Build relationships with builders, designers, architects, and other decision makers.
• Identify opportunities before bid invitations.
• Meet with clients, assess needs, and propose flooring solutions.
• Collaborate with estimating and operations on scopes, pricing, and proposals.
• Present proposals, negotiate, and close deals.
• Build repeat and referral business; protect margins post-sale.

Tile, Stone and Wood | Southwest Florida

You know the Southwest Florida luxury market. You know flooring. You have relationships. And you like the chase.

Bella Tile & Marble LLC is looking for an experienced flooring salesperson to grow our luxury residential business.

This is not a sales management or bench estimating position. We want a strong individual producer who enjoys opening doors, developing relationships, pursuing opportunities, and winning profitable work.

What You Will Do

• Develop new luxury residential business throughout Southwest Florida
• Build on existing relationships with custom builders, remodelers, designers, architects, developers, and other decision makers
• Find opportunities before they become just another bid invitation
• Meet with clients, understand their needs, and help develop the right flooring solution
• Work with estimating and operations to develop scopes, pricing, and proposals
• Present proposals, follow up, negotiate, and close
• Build repeat and referral business
• Protect margin and maintain the relationship after the sale

What We Are Looking For

• A strong book of business or established relationships in the SWFL luxury residential market
• A proven record of personally developing and closing new business
• Flooring experience with a strong background in tile, natural stone, and wood
• Experience with luxury residential construction or remodeling
• Enough technical knowledge to sell flooring projects with credibility
• Strong prospecting, follow-up, negotiation, and closing skills
• A team mentality and willingness to work closely with estimating, operations, and the field
