Job summary

FLOORING GROUP INC. seeks a High-Level Flooring, Kitchen, and Bath Salesperson to drive growth and achieve multi-million-dollar personal sales while maintaining strong margins.

You will advise clients on flooring materials, cabinetry, and fixtures for residential, builder, and commercial projects, guiding product selections and ensuring project satisfaction from consultation to installation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in flooring, kitchen, or bath industries.
• Extensive knowledge of flooring materials, kitchen cabinetry, and bathroom fixtures.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with customers.
• Exceptional negotiation and closing abilities.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to understand flooring, kitchen, and bath requirements.
• Recommend products aligned with preferences and budget.
• Present options highlighting features and costs; negotiate as needed.
• Prepare quotes and proposals detailing products and services.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
• Coordinate with installation teams and contractors for timely delivery.
• Monitor market trends and customer feedback to improve offerings.
• Aim to meet or exceed sales targets set by management.
• Maintain showroom organization and accurate product labeling.
• Maintain records in CRM and manage customer information.
