Bella Tile & Marble LLC is seeking an experienced flooring salesperson to grow its luxury residential business in Southwest Florida. You will open doors, develop relationships, pursue opportunities, and close profitable work with builders, designers, architects and other decision-makers.

You should have a strong SWFL network and a proven track record of securing new business, with credibility in tile, natural stone, and wood flooring for luxury homes.

Qualifications

• Must have a strong book of business in SWFL luxury residential market.
• Proven record of developing and closing new business.
• Experience selling flooring projects to builders, designers, architects.
• Technical knowledge to credibly sell flooring solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop new luxury residential business throughout Southwest Florida.
• Build relationships with builders, designers, architects and other decision-makers.
• Prospect opportunities before they become bids.
• Meet clients, assess needs, and propose flooring solutions.
• Collaborate with estimating and operations on scopes and pricing.
• Present proposals, negotiate, and close.
• Foster repeat and referral business; protect margins.
