• Assist clients with interior design ideas, layout planning, and technical specifications to ensure their vision aligns with practical construction requirements.
• Manage customer accounts using CRM systems to track interactions, preferences, and follow-up opportunities.
• Collaborate with the construction team on project timelines, maintenance needs, and post-sale support to ensure customer satisfaction.

Experience

• Proven success in outside sales within retail or construction-related industries
• Familiarity with MeasureSquare, Adobe, Monday, Microsoft Office suite, and CRM platforms for efficient client management and product presentations
• Strong negotiation skills with experience closing high-end sales in a competitive environment
• Knowledge of renovation processes, construction practices, and interior layout planning
• Multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customer bases effectively
• Excellent communication skills combined with organizational talent to manage multiple projects seamlessly
• A strong book of business with GC's, Architect's, or Interior Designers is preferred
