Qualifications

• Experience in outside sales in retail or construction.
• Knowledge of renovation processes and interior layout planning.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers both inside the showroom and through outside sales efforts to identify their flooring needs and project goals.
• Build strong client relationships through effective communication, personalized service, and ongoing support throughout the renovation process.
• Negotiate pricing, upsell premium products or services, and close sales confidently to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Assist clients with interior design ideas, layout planning, and technical specifications to ensure their vision aligns with practical construction requirements.
• Manage customer accounts using CRM systems to track interactions, preferences, and follow-up opportunities.
• Collaborate with the construction team on project timelines, maintenance needs, and post-sale support to ensure customer satisfaction.
