Job summary

Stanly Ranch, Auberge Collection in Napa Valley is seeking a Server to craft extraordinary dining experiences. You will take orders, relate with guests, upsell items, and ensure timely delivery while maintaining a spotless dining area.

The role requires strong knowledge of food and wine, at least one year in hospitality, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends. Training and certifications may be completed within 30 days of hire.

Qualifications

• Must have Food Handler's Card within 30 days of hire.
• RBS Training required within 30 days of hire.
• Minimum of one year experience in the foodservice/hospitality industry.
• Must be of minimum age to serve alcohol.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the guest dining experience by taking orders, anticipating needs, and delivering all items efficiently.
• Relate with guests to ensure satisfaction with beverages and meals, maintaining high-quality service.
• Comply with Auberge Collection standards and upsell menu items.
• Accurately input orders into the POS system and handle billing.
• Operate, maintain, and clean restaurant equipment and fittings.
• Ensure the restaurant/outlets are tidy and follow safe food handling procedures.
