GLE Operations LLC is seeking a Banquet Server to orchestrate unforgettable dining experiences at Stanly Ranch in Napa. You will welcome guests, anticipate needs, and ensure a seamless event with flawless hospitality.

Responsibilities include menu clarification with kitchen, accurate check processing, and maintaining cleanliness. A valid Food Handler's Card and Alcohol Training are required within 30 days, with availability on weekends.

Qualifications

• Current Food Handler's Card required (within 30 days of hire).
• RBS - Alcohol Training Certification required (within 30 days of hire).
• Must be of minimum age to serve alcohol.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a smile and greet by name when possible.
• Anticipate guests' service needs and preferences and act on them when possible.
• Thank guests with genuine appreciation and provide a fond farewell.
• Listen and respond to guest questions, concerns, and requests using brand procedures.
• Present checks and process payments, including gratuity.
• Explain menu selections and coordinate with kitchen for clarifications.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the day.
