Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a smile and greet by name when possible.
• Anticipate guests' service needs and clarify preferences.
• Present checks and process payments accurately.
• Set tables per event type and service standards; ensure quality supplies.
• Communicate dietary needs and special requests to the kitchen.
• Maintain clean work areas and follow safety procedures.
• Record transactions in the system at order time.
• Complete closing duties and restock items for next shift.
