The RealReal, Inc. is hiring an Associate Luxury Resale Advisor in Charlotte, NC.

You will grow your consignor base by acquiring luxury goods from new clients and reactivating past consignors who have not recently consigned, delivering superior, high-touch service. Role emphasizes field-based relationship building, strategic guidance on what to consign, and collaboration with Retail and Consignor Relations to optimize revenue and client trust.

• Technologically proficient; comfortable using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) to manage pipeline and performance.
• Self-starter with entrepreneurial mindset who adapts quickly to shifting priorities.
• Motivated by ownership, growth, and impact; able to build a book of business and improve performance.
• Strong relationship-building, organizational, and problem-solving skills; excellent verbal and written communication.
• Customer-obsessed with a passion for luxury, fashion, and sustainability.
• Willing and able to travel more than 70% within the designated market.

Responsibilities

• Engage new, inactive, and prospective clients through daily outreach and in-home appointments to drive consignment activity and grow consignor base.
• Proactively build pipeline; source new leads, reactivate lapsed consignors, and convert marketing-qualified leads.
• Meet or exceed monthly quotas by driving new business growth and reactivation results.
• Deliver a high-touch, white-glove consigning experience to ensure client satisfaction and long-term engagement.
• Present and review consignment contracts, set pricing expectations using internal tools and luxury market expertise.
• Collaborate with Retail and Consignor Relations to support sales growth and address client concerns.
• Oversee end-to-end consignment logistics including pickup and shipment; spend 70%+ in the field.
