Job summary

The RealReal is seeking an experienced Luxury Resale Advisor to drive consignment business in the assigned territory. You will acquire luxury items from clients, build new and repeat consignments, and manage the end-to-end process from outreach to pickup and shipment.

You will leverage Salesforce to manage your book of business, maintain a high-touch, white-glove client experience, and consistently meet quotas in a quota-driven, in-home appointment sales environment.

• Self-starter with entrepreneurial mindset who adapts quickly to shifting priorities.
• Highly motivated by ownership, growth, and impact, with drive to build a book of business.
• Results-oriented, and comfortable operating independently in a fast-paced, field-based environment.

Responsibilities

• Client outreach: Engage new and existing clients through daily outreach and in-home appointments to drive consignments.
• Lead generation & conversion: Source new leads, reactivate clients, and convert marketing-qualified leads into consignors; manage book of business in Salesforce.
• Sales performance: Consistently meet or exceed monthly quotas and drive revenue growth.
• Consignment procurement & logistics: Acquire luxury items and coordinate pickup and shipping to e-commerce centers.
• Client experience: Deliver a high-touch, white-glove experience throughout the consigning process.
• Contract management & client consultations: Present contracts, set pricing expectations, and guide clients through steps.
• Cross-functional collaboration: Partner with Retail teams and Consignor Relations to address client concerns.
