Job summary

The RealReal, Inc. is seeking an experienced Luxury Resale Advisor to lead consignment within a defined territory. You will engage clients through in-home appointments, build a robust pipeline in Salesforce, and coordinate end-to-end pickup and shipping of luxury items.

A quota-driven, entrepreneurial mindset and strong relationship skills are essential. Base compensation includes uncapped commission with additional perks; travel within the designated market is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in in-home luxury sales and consignment is preferred.
• Proven ability to build pipeline and convert leads to consignors.
• Strong client relationship and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Outreach to new and existing clients via in-home appointments.
• Generate and manage a sales pipeline using Salesforce.
• Meet or exceed monthly quotas and drive revenue growth.
• Coordinate end-to-end consignment pickup and shipping.
• Provide a white-glove client experience throughout the process.
• Explain contracts and pricing using internal tools and market knowledge.
