Coach is seeking a Sales Associate to join our luxury retail team. You will deliver a personalized shopping experience, meet personal and store sales goals, and support daily store operations.

The role blends luxury retail service, omni-channel selling, and teamwork to drive brand loyalty and revenue. Ideal candidates have 1+ years of luxury retail or related sales experience, familiarity with POS systems, and strong English.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience, luxury retail preferred.
• Experience with POS operation and Mobile POS.
• Strong English proficiency.
• Luxury retail background, social media savvy, live-stream shopping experience (preferred).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Mention of English proficiency for EU.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador following style and service standards.
• Build client relationships through styling and product expertise.
• Drive sales via cross-selling and recommendations.
• Utilize POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans and achieve KPIs.
• Source new customers and close sales.
• Maintain energy on the floor and assist with daily operations.
• Handle transactions, inventory processing, and replenishment.
