Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience, luxury retail preferred
• Experience with POS operation and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop)
• Strong English proficiency
• Luxury retail background and social media familiarity (live-stream/video demos) are a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Responsabilités

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and adhere to service standards
• Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling and fashion advice
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations
• Utilize mobile POS and clienteling tools to capture data and encourage repeat purchases
• Develop and execute personal sales plans and meet KPIs
• Source new customers and maintain relationships to close sales
• Maintain energy on the floor and adapt selling techniques to business needs
• Complete daily operational tasks (cash wrap, inventory, replenishment, visual merchandising)
• Keep sales floor and stockroom organized and compliant with policies
• Process transactions (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups)
• Support inventory cycles and product movement; assist teammates as needed
• Foster a collaborative, trust-based environment and support brand initiatives
