Job summary

Coach is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver a luxury retail experience in a fast-paced environment. You will build client relationships, provide personalized styling advice, and drive sales while supporting daily store operations and omni‑channel selling.

You should have at least 1+ year of luxury retail sales experience, strong English, and comfort with POS systems and social media engagement to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred).
• Knowledge of fashion trends and competitors.
• Experience with POS operation, basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS), walkie-talkie use, ability to read price/release sheets.
• Strong English proficiency.
• Luxury retail background, social media savvy, experience with live-stream shopping or video demos, clienteling and data acquisition skills.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and adhere to style and service standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling and fashion advice.
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize POS, clienteling tools, and social platforms to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed KPIs.
• Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales.
• Manage multiple customers on the floor and adapt selling techniques to business needs.
• Complete daily operational tasks including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, and visual merchandising.
