Job summary

Coach is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver elevated, personalized shopping experiences in a fast-paced luxury retail environment. You will meet personal and store sales goals while supporting daily store operations and collaborating with the team.

Responsibilities include building client relationships through styling expertise, utilizing mobile POS and social selling tools, and driving revenue with cross-selling and tailored recommendations.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience, luxury retail preferred.
• Experience with POS operation and basic computer use.
• Strong English proficiency; ability to communicate with diverse clients.
• Experience with live-stream shopping or video demos is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and follow style and service standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through styling and product knowledge.
• Drive sales via cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize mobile POS and clienteling tools to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Meet or exceed individual and team KPIs and support store operations.
