Job summary

Coach is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience and meet personal and store sales goals. You will support daily store operations while representing the Coach brand and embracing omni‑channel selling to drive loyalty and revenue.

You will engage customers with fashion expertise, build relationships, and contribute to a collaborative team environment. Flexibility to work a range of shifts including peak times is expected.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred)
• Knowledge of fashion trends and competitors
• Experience with POS operation and basic computer proficiency (iPad/Laptop)
• Ability to read price/release sheets
• Strong English proficiency
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Luxury retail background; social media savvy; experience with live-stream shopping or video demos; clienteling and data acquisition skills
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and holidays
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally)

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through styling and product expertise.
• Drive sales through cross-selling and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize POS and clienteling tools for data and repeat purchases.
• Develop personal sales plans; meet or exceed KPIs.
• Source new customers and follow up to close sales.
• Maintain energy on the floor and adapt selling techniques.
• Complete daily operations: cash wrap, inventory, replenishment, visual merchandising.
