Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and provide personalized styling advice.
• Build lasting client relationships and meet individual/store sales goals.
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling to capture data and encourage repeat visits.
• Meet or exceed KPIs and support daily store operations.
• Process transactions, returns and exchanges efficiently and accurately.
• Assist with inventory, replenishment, and visual merchandising to maintain a premium store environment.
