Ideal candidates have 1+ years in luxury retail, strong English, experience with POS and live-stream shopping, and a passion for fashion. Flexible scheduling is expected, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail preferred.
• Experience with POS operation and basic tech (iPad/laptop).
• Strong English proficiency; ability to read price sheets.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador per style and service standards.
• Build client relationships through styling and product expertise.
• Drive sales via cross-selling and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize POS, clienteling tools, and social selling to capture data.
• Develop personal sales plans and meet KPIs.
• Source new customers and follow up to close sales.
• Maintain energy on the floor and support daily operations.
• Assist teammates and participate in training initiatives.
