MECCA Hospitality Recruitment is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to support daily food and beverage operations, supervise shifts, and drive guest service excellence.

You will train and develop the team, manage costs and inventory, and partner with leadership to maintain service standards across dining room, bar, lounge, minibar, and room service.

This role requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a focus on coaching, safety, and guest satisfaction.

Qualificações

• 2+ years of F&B supervisory or management experience in a luxury hotel or fine dining.
• Knowledge of F&B financials, cost controls, and inventory management.
• Strong customer service, communication, organizational, and detail-oriented skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise daily shifts and support overall food and beverage operations.
• Train, coach, and develop team members to maintain service standards.
• Monitor guest experiences, address concerns, and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Oversee dining room, bar, lounge, minibar, and room service standards.
• Lead pre-shift meetings and ensure proper service procedures are followed.
• Monitor food and beverage presentation, inventory, supply orders, and waste.
• Assist with staff scheduling, payroll, and labor forecasting.
• Support interviewing and hiring as needed.
• Monitor beverage controls and ensure compliance with liquor laws and safety procedures.
• Coordinate maintenance requests and ensure outlet areas are properly maintained.
