Job summary

MECCA Hospitality Recruitment is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to support daily food and beverage operations, supervise shifts, and drive guest service excellence.

You will train and develop the team, manage costs and inventory, and partner with leadership to maintain service standards across dining room, bar, lounge, minibar, and room service.

This role requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a focus on coaching, safety, and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of F&B supervisory or management experience in a luxury hotel or fine dining.
• Knowledge of F&B financials, cost controls, and inventory management.
• Strong customer service, communication, organizational, and detail-oriented skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Current Food Handler and VABC certifications required.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
