Job summary

HEI Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor to support restaurant, room service, and other outlets. The role requires overseeing service, ensuring guest satisfaction, and adherence to policy while working AM/PM shifts and weekends based on operational needs.

The candidate will assist the outlet manager with planning and coordinating service, menu classes, and staff direction, contributing to a high standard of quality and financial performance.

Qualifications

• Experience using point-of-sale systems in a fast-paced restaurant setting.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without accommodations.
• Ability to push/pull carts weighing up to 150 pounds with or without accommodations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, adaptable to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Monitor servers and bussers to ensure service standards.
• Supervise guest service to detect and respond to needs quickly.
• Assist manager in assigning sidework and ensuring completion.
• Maintain cash handling and bank procedures per HEI standards.
• Review daily shift sheets and ensure proper floor coverage.
