Job description

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Food & Beverage Supervisor to oversee daily operations within our dining outlets. This role is responsible for ensuring exceptional guest service, efficient operations, and strong team performance across restaurant, bar, banquet, or room service areas.

What you will be doing

Operations Management

  • Supervise daily food and beverage operations across assigned outlets
  • Ensure service standards, cleanliness, and presentation meet company expectations
  • Coordinate with kitchen and culinary teams to ensure timely and accurate service

Team Leadership

  • Train, coach, and motivate team members to deliver excellent service
  • Lead pre-shift briefings and communicate daily priorities
  • Address employee performance issues and provide ongoing feedback

Guest Experience

  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by resolving guest concerns promptly
  • Maintain a visible presence on the floor during service periods
  • Support staff during peak hours to ensure smooth operations

Inventory & Cost Control

  • Assist with inventory management, ordering, and stock control
  • Monitor waste, portion control, and cost efficiency
  • Ensure proper handling and storage of food and beverages

Compliance & Safety

  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
  • Enforce responsible alcohol service and local regulations
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization across all F&B areas
Requirements

Due to the cyclical nature of the hospitality industry, employees may be required to work varying schedules (including Holidays and weekends) to reflect the business needs of the hotel. In addition, attendance at all scheduled training sessions and meetings is required.

QUALIFICATION STANDARDS:
  • 2 years of experience in food & beverage or restaurant operations
  • Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must be effective in handling problems in the workplace including anticipating preventing identifying and solving problems as necessary.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time.
  • Knowledge of POS systems and basic inventory practices
  • ServeSafe Certification Preferred
