Job summary

Sage Hospitality Group is seeking an Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations, Room Service, Bar, and catering, ensuring guest satisfaction and service quality. You will manage menu updates, promotions, and liquor controls while aligning with brand standards and budgets.

The role requires experience in F&B service, strong communication, and leadership abilities to guide staff and uphold safety and policy compliance across the venue.

Qualifications

• More than two years of post high school education.
• One to two years of employment in a related position with this company or other organization(s).
• Excellent communication and guest service skills; ability to supervise staff and maintain service standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist in overall supervision of the department as outlined in manager's job description.
• Manage daily restaurant operations including Room Service, Bar, and catering to ensure customer satisfaction and quality service.
• Implement beverage and liquor control procedures and ensure liquor law compliance.
• Assist in scheduling, payroll administration, and weekly/monthly forecasting.
• Participate in recruitment, management and discipline of associates as needed.
• Maintain condition of dining room, lobby lounge, morsels, mini bar and room service; monitor guest experiences.
