Job summary

Rosewood Miramar Beach in Montecito, California, is seeking an extraordinary Food & Beverage Manager to lead all outlet operations to the highest standards of service and guest satisfaction. You will direct a team of F&B professionals, hire and develop staff, manage payroll, schedules, and budgets, and ensure compliance with liquor and safety regulations in a luxury resort setting.

This role requires a minimum three years as a Restaurant Manager, a Diploma or equivalent, and certifications in

Qualifications

Diploma/Some College or equivalent.
Current Food Handler Certification.
Responsible Beverage Service Certification & ABC Server ID.
Minimum 21 years of age for alcohol service.
Minimum 3 years’ experience as Restaurant Manager.
Hotel luxury/F&B experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional service and guest satisfaction in dining experiences.
Manage a team of F&B professionals following brand standards and service sequences.
Interview, hire, train, and manage performance of F&B staff.
Schedule staff and prepare payroll documents.
Maintain knowledge of liquor brands, wines, menus, and service procedures.
Monitor guest relations and ensure guest satisfaction.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and departmental policies.
Review sales, labor costs and budgets; assist with forecasting.
