Job summary

Chateau Élan Winery & Resort in north Georgia seeks an experienced hospitality leader to plan and manage Restaurant, Room Service and other food and beverage outlets. You will drive guest satisfaction, ensure compliance with policies, and guide financial performance.

The role requires directing daily operations, staffing, training, budgeting, and promotions to increase occupancy and return visits. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of post-high school education.
• Two+ years experience in a related hospitality role.
• Hotel/food service experience preferred.
• Knowledge of restaurant/hotel practices and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day operations of restaurant, room service and bar.
• Lead HR activities across outlets: hiring, scheduling, training and coaching.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety and regulatory requirements.
• Forecast and control budgets to maximize revenue and control costs.
• Respond to guest needs and trends to enhance service and sales.
• Develop promotions and buffet presentations to attract guests.
• Oversee maintenance and sanitation of outlets and equipment.
• Maintain attendance and reliability as required.
