Qualifications

• 1-2 years restaurant management experience or supervisory experience.
• 6 months food & beverage service experience.
• San Diego County Food Handler’s Certification.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations ensuring exceptional guest service.
• Train and supervise restaurant staff.
• Maintain effective communication with staff and departments.
• Prepare daily and weekly payrolls.
• Assist in controlling usage of food and beverage items.
