Job summary

Four Seasons Residence Club Aviara is seeking a Part Time Pool Server to deliver exceptional guest experiences by seating guests, taking and serving orders, and maintaining a pristine pool deck. You will describe menu items with vivid detail, coordinate with the kitchen via POS, and ensure timely service for owners and guests.

The role requires 21+ with F&B experience preferred, a California Driver’s License, and local health/safety certifications.

Qualifications

• Excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift up to 40lbs.
• Previous food and beverage experience, preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• San Diego County Food Handlers card and Responsible Beverage Service certification.
• A valid California Driver’s License is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Conduct opening and closing procedures.
• Set up pool deck equipment and wipe down as needed.
• Stock towels, beverages, fruits, and amenities for guests.
• Assist owners and guests with seating, towels, amenities and service.
• Describe menu items vividly and relay guest orders to the kitchen using the POS.
• Coordinate food timings and ensure order accuracy.
• Respond to Residence Club emergencies or safety situations.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by Residence Club management.
