Job summary

Four Seasons Residence Club Aviara seeks a Pool Server to manage seating areas and serve food and beverages to owners and guests. You will describe items with vivid details, communicate orders to the kitchen, and restock supplies to uphold Four Seasons standards.

The role requires strong presentation, the ability to lift 40 lbs, and 21+ years of age with required food handlers and beverage service certifications. California driver's license is necessary.

Qualifications

• Strong personal presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Food and beverage experience preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Licenses: San Diego County Food Handlers card and Responsible Beverage Service certification.
• Valid California driver's license required for driving company vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain pool deck seating areas and stations.
• Take, prepare, and serve food and beverage orders.
• Describe menu items with origin, taste, and prep notes to guests.
• Communicate orders to the kitchen via the POS system and coordinate timing.
• Clear and restock items to uphold Four Seasons standards.
• Assist owners and guests with seating, towels, and amenities.
• Respond to Residence Club emergencies or safety situations.
