Neiman Marcus is seeking a dynamic event leader to design and execute luxury brand activations that drive sales and client engagement across stores and markets.

You will collaborate with Selling Managers, Corporate Brand, Merchants, and Marketing to craft seasonal strategies, manage budgets, and build meaningful partnerships with philanthropic and corporate partners. A strong data-driven mindset and executive presentation experience are essential.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant experience.
• History of building, leading, motivating, and coaching teams.
• Experience presenting at the executive level.
• Proficiency with tools including social media, Google Suite, Tableau, and CONNECT.
• Experience with InDesign.
• Travel may be required; willingness to work varied hours.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed action plans for events across stores and manage execution with cross-functional partners.
• Manage scheduling, budgeting, communications, planning, production, and reporting for each event.
• Plan seasonal events calendar across Market/Metroplex with Corporate Brand Experience and brand partners.
• Partner with Regional Director to create seasonal business strategies.
• Develop community relationships with philanthropic organizations and corporate partners.
• Generate excitement around the Brand with activations while balancing sell-through and ROI.
• Cultivate relationships with all client segments within the store/market.
• Engage with clients to support client development efforts.
