You'll mentor the team, partner with brand representatives and vendors, and drive growth through clienteling, events, and data-driven strategies while upholding Macy's commitment to hospitality

• Proven ability to leverage client data to drive sales and retention.
• Strong communication skills across cross-functional partners.
• Ability to coach and develop Beauty Advisors toward their goals.
