Macy’s, Inc. is seeking a Cosmetics Client Development Manager to lead a luxury cosmetics brand, coach a Beauty Advisors team, and build trusted relationships with clients to deliver personalized, elevated experiences.

The role emphasizes product knowledge, artistry, and customer-centric service across all interactions. You will mentor team members toward goals, leverage data insights, and foster genuine hospitality that enhances the department and brand reputation.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in retail, beauty, customer service, or leading teams; 3–5 years preferred.
• Proven ability to coach and mentor Beauty Advisors; strong clienteling mindset and data-informed decision making.
• Strong knowledge of beauty trends and vendor line(s); excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead a team of Beauty Advisors, coaching them to deliver customer-centric service.
• Build trust-based client relationships and drive sustainable business growth for the brand.
• Provide coaching on clienteling tools and use data to support client retention.
• Deliver exceptional service and create authentic connections with beauty customers.
• Plan and execute events to drive department goals and elevate experiences.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance across daily to annual metrics.
• Manage stock presentation, storage, and replenishment for premium shopping experiences.
• Partner with brand representatives and vendors to enhance customer experiences.
