Job summary

Macy's is seeking a Beauty Brand Expert Leader to drive sales, elevate the customer experience, and educate customers on brand routines and trends. You will coach Beauty Advisors, lead with product knowledge, and collaborate with store leadership and vendor partners to deliver exceptional service.

You’ll analyze sales data, develop client relationships, plan events, merchandise displays, and ensure brand standards are met in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of retail, beauty, or leadership experience
• Excellent customer service and product knowledge
• Ability to build client relationships and drive loyalty
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service through consultations and expert product knowledge
• Build lasting client relationships and drive development through outreach
• Review and analyze daily to annual sales results and improve strategies
